An Aromatized Wine created in partnership with Samantha Sheehan of Poe Wines in Napa & Mike Emmanuel, formerly of Chez Panisse. It's made with local Seville bitter oranges, steeped in wine & eau-de-vie, then blended with Mendocino Chardonnay & select botanicals, and aged in French oak barrels. It starts aromatically with notes of citrus, flowers, herbs & spices; its full character develops with notes of blood orange, peach & orange blossoms; leading to a bittersweet finish with hints of marmalade & honeycomb.
