New Liberty Distillery in Philadelphia produces Millstone 3 Year Straight Rye Whiskey. The rye, malted by Deer Creek Malthouse in Glen Mills, Pennsylvania, was aged for three years in new, charred American oak. This whiskey, released in March 2020, is bottled at 95 proof.
