A bright, single estate agaves de semilla from Maestra Tequilera Ana María Romero for Mijenta Tequila Nom1499 in Jalisco (Los Altos Southern), produced in stainless steel and bottled at 50% alcohol by volume. It starts aromatically with hints of cooked agave, fruits, flowers, earth, herbs, and spices; then develops a full and refined character with notes of cantaloupe, pineapple, strawberry, anise, lavender, gardenia, and vanilla; concluding with a well-rounded, medium-length finish featuring hints of orange zest, cinnamon, cardamom, and sea spray.
