Roman Dozier

Aroma suggests fruit, perhaps plum, or maybe eraser and wet grass (unsure of the grass variety), possibly damp forest wood. The palate has notes of maple or caramel. The finish brings cherry and a cherry cough syrup flavor. Intriguing, but good.

Jarrod Rea 4.0

I thought the bourbon barrel finish might be a mismatch, but it adds a complementary level of body and smokiness. Glad I got to try it.

Johnnie Paniagua 3.5

Oaky, caramel, nutty, and tree bark aromas with a rustic feel. Apricots and olives appear on a secondary level. A peppery sensation hits the middle of the tongue, with fruity, sweet syrupy flavors.
