Merser & Co. Double Barrel Rum

Everything you'd anticipate from a pale/young rum. Very clean but lacking depth. The alcohol is the primary characteristic, with the short finish being dominated by evaporation and little supporting flavor. Beautiful bottle, though – likely not something I'll repurchase quickly considering the price...

It's clean, with caramel notes and a hint of spice in the finish. A pleasant rum presented in an attractive bottle.

Strong, but enjoyable!
