The Glenallachie offers a peated single malt whisky brand called Meikle Tòir (mee-kuhl tor). This brand incorporates mainland peat from St. Fergus and malted barley sourced from Scottish growers. The Chinquapin One expression undergoes a 5-year maturation in American oak ex-bourbon casks, followed by a finish in virgin Chinquapin oak from Missouri's Northern Ozark area. The spirit registers at 35ppm and has an alcohol by volume of 48%. It debuted in the UK in late 2023 and became available in the US starting February 2024.
