Matsui Whisky, located in Japan's Tottori Prefecture, produces The Hakuto Premium Gin. Thirteen botanicals gathered locally, including Nashi pear, cherry blossom, yuzu, Gyokuro green tea, sansho peppercorn, coriander seed, orange peel, black pepper, and juniper, along with five other unnamed ingredients, are used in its creation. The spirit is proofed using the pure groundwater from Mount Daisen and is sold at 47% ABV, making it stronger than the initial Hakuto version, which is 40% ABV.
