I sampled this liqueur five years ago and provided a harsh critique (see below). However, my partner recently received a four-pack of Mozart liqueurs, including this one. We decided to try it again and were quite pleased with the improvement. The appearance remains consistent, resembling a strawberry milkshake, and the aroma is similarly evocative. The flavor, however, presented a markedly different experience. This time, it aligned much better with the aroma and appearance. The flavor was less intense and tasted very much like strawberry-flavored white chocolate. We still believe Mozart Gold is the pinnacle of the company's offerings, but this Strawberry liqueur has significantly increased in our esteem, and I am adjusting my rating to place it just above the Mozart White Chocolate liqueur. "Average": 79/100 (2.75 stars) ----------------------------------------------------------- Review from April 4, 2019 Appearance: Resembles pink-colored strawberry milk. Also eerily similar to a common indigestion remedy that is this exact shade of pink. Aroma: A faint artificial strawberry scent. It essentially smells "pink." Flavor and Texture: Initially, on the front of the mouth, it seems to be merely a mild, sweet, thick liquid, somewhat like one might imagine a pink version of Bailey's would be. Then it reaches the tongue and develops a bright, artificial cherry flavor that is uncomfortably familiar. My partner and I tried this together; after one sip, we exchanged a look of surprise and simultaneously exclaimed "Benedryl!" That specific artificial cherry cough syrup taste is unmistakable. A terrible concoction. This is the exact nightmare that enthusiasts of hard spirits anticipate all creamy liqueurs to be – and in this instance, the nightmare is real. We actually poured the remainder down the drain. Curiously, the Mozart Chocolate Liqueur we had previously tried (which led us to sample this) was delightful. "Very Poor": 55/100 (0.5 stars)

This strawberry white chocolate liqueur offers notes of strawberry, vanilla, and white chocolate. However, the strawberry smell and taste is unfortunately quite artificial and lacks the anticipated fresh acidic bite. The pale pink hue is appealing and allows for creative cocktail mixing; recipes can be found on their official site. The vanilla and white chocolate combined with the strawberry lean towards being too sweet and leave a smooth coating in the mouth. This liqueur might be best mixed or served over ice.
An appealing and flavorful experience.
