Opened for 3 months. This is a truly unique whiskey. It has a golden color and leaves long, slow streaks. The nose offers notes of raisin, nuts, and a hint of cocoa. The palate starts light but becomes sweet and syrupy in the middle, with flavors of maple brown sugar oatmeal, followed by smoke, cocoa, and oak wood spice. An excellent pour. 94
