Manoir d'Apreval Calvados Réserve is composed of several eaux-de-vie aged between four and six years. Part of this Calvados matured in new oak and barrels that previously contained pommeau, a mixture of fresh apple juice and Calvados. The rest was stored in seasoned oak barrels.
