About this bottle

William and James Kehler developed Manhattan Moonshine, with Ian Smiley, author of "Making Pure Corn Whiskey: A Professional Guide For Amateur And Micro Distillers", overseeing its distillation. The objective was to create an un-aged whiskey embodying the elegance of Prohibition-era speakeasies, eschewing associations with rustic backwoods or thrilling escapes. This luxury white dog, featuring oats and rye as the main grains from its New York State mash bill, is presented in an art-deco style cut glass bottle.
