While not very complex, it's a fantastic expression from maguey Melate. One of the best. Strong pineapple and coconut flavors greet the palate initially, then pleasant smoke and metal emerge in the finish to provide balance. However, the initial fruit notes persist long after mingling with the industrial notes. It's also very viscous and rich. Excellent. Does the mezcalera or the agave contribute these flavors?

Second time tasting. It's so strange. Definitely different notes, probably because I'm new to Mezcal, but still excellent. Pineapple and coconut at first, then astringency, agave, metal, and smoke.
Fantastic. Notes of kiwi and mole sauce, with a thick consistency. Smoke becomes more prominent on the finish, bringing a nice spicy element.
