Anise, minerality, earthy with a mouth-coating viscosity. A hint of agave in the finish. Acceptable. Also tastes like BBQ meat. It might become a favorite with more tastings. It's somewhat like if Ardbeg created a mezcal; it has a lot of complexity, punch, and interesting, pleasant masculine flavors.
