Compared to the Tobala Apple expression from the Spring '22 mini subscription, this is superior. A distinct primary apple note on the nose, followed initially by apple and apple skin on the palate. It evolves into mole sauce, metallic notes, and agave in the finish. Somewhat dry. Could this be due to triple distillation?
