About this bottle

Maestro Dobel 50 1967 Extra Añejo Tequila is part of the 50 range, honoring founder Juan Dobel's 50th birthday, with a new limited edition extra aged tequila released annually. This edition celebrates his birth year, 1967. Made from 100% blue Weber agave from a single estate in Jalisco, it is aged at least three years in American and French oak barrels, and then finished in ex-sherry wine casks. It became available in limited quantities at select US retailers in August 2022 with a suggested retail price of $950.

Karla Bagley 5.0

An incredibly rich and decadent spirit loaded with raisins, dates, figs, honey, dark chocolate, espresso, pineapple, walnuts, almonds, hazelnuts, cinnamon, Luxardo cherries, butterscotch, dulce de leche, leather, and tobacco, all underpinned by jalapeños and cooked agave. While not quite on the same level as some other top-tier options, it was definitely worth trying.
