Sampled neat at a new hidden bar in Santa Fe. It's very earthy and pleasant, with subtle hints of lemon, pepper, chili, and green bell peppers. The finish is smooth. I also enjoyed the espadin I had in Mexico City. I will need to locate a bottle of this one.
