About this bottle
Mackmyra Björksav is a seasonal, limited edition single malt. It undergoes partial maturation in casks that have been saturated with Swedish birch sap (Björk) wine from Grythyttan Vin, a Swedish winery. Other casks employed in its creation include ex-bourbon, ex-oloroso sherry, and Swedish oak. Production was capped at 15,000 bottles, which have been available since March 2021.
