This highland single malt Scotch whisky, which is not peaty, has a very pale yellow color and a rich nose, characterized by aromas of juicy white fruit, candied lemon zest, and some floral notes. The palate is potent and both slightly spicy and slightly sweet. The finish is long and sweet, with a lot of freshness from the Chardonnay barrel finishing.
