Brandy de Jerez aged approximately 10 years in Oloroso casks. It's not as sweet or as refined as the “Finest Selection”. The nose has oak, vanilla, figs, caramel, and light spices. The palate is a little rough, with raisins, wood notes, barrel spices, vanilla, caramel, and hints of milk chocolate. The finish is medium, with nutty, bitter-sweet notes. Adding a couple of drops of water smoothed out the rough edges.
