Smell (Neat): Faint alcohol with a subtle ripe banana aroma. Taste (Neat): Little to no discomfort when swallowing. Light spice on the front sides of the tongue. Mild sweetness from corn with a short to medium lingering taste. Quite smooth and even simpler to drink on ice. Almost dessert-like when chilled and neat. Very mild for a white whiskey.

I detect rye and corn. Possesses a clear sweetness. It's acceptable, but not exceptional. Perhaps it's simply that I'm not fond of unaged whiskey.
This white whiskey has a surprising sweetness. It's quite enjoyable for those who appreciate rye. Give it a try if you're open to unaged spirits.
My initial experience with a distillery from Grand Rapids.
