12/02/2022 Part of a tasting. Smells and tastes like tequila. Drinks very smoothly! After trying this unaged spirit, you can tell how the barrels add character to their whiskeys. Interesting to see the contrast between aged and unaged.
Acceptable. A strong burn on the finish. While I'm not typically a fan of moonshine, this is okay.
Acceptable for moonshine.
