Cornell Lewis 3.3

Nose: Initially, it presents as a loaf of wheat bread, accompanied by cereal grains, a subtle touch of honey, and understated floral notes. Palate: The palate is grain-forward, with a spicy finish. Its complexity is limited beyond that. Finish: The finish is largely enjoyable, with the spice persisting for a moderate to extended duration. Overall: Clearly an immature whiskey, dominated by grain characteristics and lacking depth. It does, however, possess a notable amount of spice. I had concerns that the honey barrel finish might render it excessively sweet, but its influence is virtually undetectable.

Thomas Kasper 4.8

Abundant warm vanilla and cinnamon notes. It truly improved after resting, having been a bit too strong initially. I found it exceptional for a finished whiskey.

Sonny Webster 2.5

A truly remarkable honey finish!
