Created to commemorate the 149th Open Golf Championship, Loch Lomond The Open Special Edition 2020 was released. The tournament was rescheduled for July 2021 due to the COVID-19 pandemic, affecting the Royal St. George's event. This single malt whisky was produced with chardonnay wine yeast and aged for 12 years in American oak. It is presented at 46% ABV, with a production run of only 3000 bottles.
