The alcohol content is noticeable initially then quickly subsides, revealing intense stewed apples with cinnamon. The evergreen, vanilla, and rye spice provide a balanced supporting character. Concludes with a sweet, creamy finish of brown sugar, spice, and pine. A superb pour!
