What begins as an easy drinker quickly becomes a cringe-worthy sip...getting a medicinal maple flavor and aroma...it’s overwhelmingly sweet. There’s absolutely no heat or barrel character to balance the sweetness. Received as a gift...the rest will go on waffles.

This presents two bourbon flavors. I'm not certain if it's the latest batch, but the maple flavor can be overwhelming. I don't recall it being so heavily maple-flavored in the first bottle I purchased.
The nose is light and sweet with maple, but not overpowering. The taste erupts with maple sweetness, truly masking the bourbon. The world doesn't need this.
Smooth, with a smoky profile. It starts with classic bourbon flavors, followed by a distinct but subtle maple syrup finish. Ideal for sipping or in sweeter mixed drinks.
Maple and bourbon married beautifully, with a grainy whiskey taste. Interesting but very good in a cocktail like an old fashioned.
An excellent maple bourbon that isn't excessively sweet.
