Glass: Glencairn, rested 15 minutes. Color: Pale amber. Nose: Opens with honey, bread, and a nice floral note. Palate: Clove and baking spice with a mild cinnamon note. Finish: Medium length with medium heat. Splash: No new flavors emerge. Overall: 7/10 - I like the direction this distillery is heading, but a higher age or proof would likely help them significantly.

Young, raw oak and incense aroma. Silky, buttery barrel spice. Malt sugar and bread. Easy to drink and inviting. Possibly their finest style.
