About this bottle
Lind & Lime Gin is produced in Edinburgh in the London Dry style. Juniper, coriander, angelica, licorice, orris, fresh lime peel, and pink peppercorn are the seven botanicals used. The first six are distilled with neutral grain spirit in a copper pot still. The lime is then heated for nine hours in a vapor basket above the distillate before being condensed together. The gin rests for two weeks prior to bottling at 44% ABV.
