An intense, 11-year-old single malt from Tobermory distillery, released under the Ledaig name! This was distilled in June 2005 & aged in a Sherry butt until July 2016, then bottled for Signatory Drinks' Single Malts of Scotland range. 564 bottles were made. It begins with aromatic notes of smoky bacon crisps, Sherried peels & gingerbread; followed by a rich & earthy middle with notes of peat, juicy raspberry & red grapes; concluding with a long finish with a touch of oatcake & quince jam.
