The aroma is of fresh sweet apples and a bright sweetness. If I were to smell it and be told it was calvados, I would believe it. It has a bit of that new make spirit funk on the nose, suggesting it's quite young. The taste is very sweet and somewhat bright. There's some dusty malt and not much else. The finish has almost a sugarcane flavor.
