It is produced with 100% heirloom malted barley, aged for six years in new 53-gallon charred oak barrels, and bottled at 50% ABV. April 2023 Its aroma is rich with hints of grain, fruits, spices, nuts, and wood; the palate offers balanced flavors of apple blossom, honey, toasted oats, green apple, and sugar cookie, leading to a medium-length bittersweet finish with notes of oak, hazelnuts, seagrass, and sweet tobacco leaf.
