NEAT **This bourbon is quite complex, so please forgive any inaccuracies in my perception due to my limited tasting experience. NOSE - Honey, Orange Peel, Dark Fruits, Cinnamon Streusel cake PALATE - Honey, Citrus Zest, Malted Grains. The texture is slightly oily with a decent body. FINISH - Medium length. Rich dark fruits and a pleasant, sweet oak. WORTH BUYING? - Yes! Don't overlook this one. Bourbons like this make craft whiskey exciting and stand out from brands like Buffalo Trace. They are unique and authentic. WORTH BUYING AGAIN? - I would consider purchasing this again and will certainly look for 9 and 10-year-old versions if they continue this style.
