A funky, earthy mineral scent dominates the nose, with a subtle pepper and sweetness woven in. On the palate, much of this carries over, starting with sweetness and a whisper of butterscotch. The finish brings a quick spice of pepper, evolving into a distinctive and lingering mineral delight, like sipping directly from a natural spring. It performs exceptionally well in a daiquiri, imparting a very natural, earthy character to the drink while also delivering a semi-dry funk akin to cachaça.
