An elegant, Single Estate Agave Spirit made by distillery NOM 1123 in Jalisco (Los Valles), Mexico. It was distilled twice in Stainless Pot with Copper Coil before being bottled at 46% ABV. It starts with aromas of earth, wood, agave, fruits, flowers, herbs & spices; a lively middle brings notes of agave, jack fruit, mango, olive, honeysuckle, anise, mint; concluding with a spicy & velvety finish of medium length, featuring notes of cayenne pepper, oak, Cinnamon Graham Crackers, ginger, nutmeg, petrichor & sea spray.
