About this bottle
Kujira Ryukyu Whisky is named using the Japanese terms for "whale" and the archipelago where it originates in southern Japan. Produced from local Indica rice using the black koji method for saccharification, fermentation, and distillation, it is then matured in oak within a subtropical climate.
