Flavor: Begins with honey graham crackers and damp cardboard. A subdued vanilla is present. It is mildly sweet and creamy. Appearance: Deep golden Smell: Honey and damp cardboard
Very subtle aroma. Pleasant, light taste. A small burn. I can't identify specific flavors. My tasting skills are lacking. A faint acetone note is present.
A suitable scotch for mixing or serving over ice. It doesn't meet the single malt quality expected, even for Kirkland. Average at best.
Truly wonderful. It has more complexity than the highland Scotch. Less vegetal and more earthy.
Same style and price bracket, best rated first.
