Nose: deep malt aromas, brown sugar, dense dried fruits akin to holiday fruitcake, ripe orchard fruits, orange zest, baking spices, sherry, and oak. Palate: dark fruits, sherry, orange zest, malty breadiness, all accompanied by peppery spices, baking spices, and a smoky tobacco note on the finish. While slightly hotter than expected for an 18-year-old scotch, it offers excellent value for the price.

Slightly fiery at 92 proof, featuring strong oak and sherry notes. Hints of dried fruit complement a smooth finish. An incredible bargain!
Lots of fantastic flavor. However, given its age, I had anticipated it would be smoother. Very hot.
I would have preferred something smoother, but it's a very good bottle for its low price.
