Clinton Moyer 4.0

The aroma is remarkable – intensely creamy vanilla with a hint of peppercorn, evoking the most delightful creme brûlée. Black tea notes appear as it rests. The palate is less impressive, dominated by spicy pepper, leading to a simpler profile with hints of dark marmalade. The finish is pleasant, however, a sweet and sour blend of tamarind and ripe plums. This is another intriguing expression of Kilkerran's development, showcasing the skillful barrel selection for the 12-year-old.

Valencia Crawford 5.0

This is fantastic for its ten years! Smooth and rich, it drinks much older than its age. It reminds me of Springbank 10, but I prefer this one. Campbeltown makes great spirits.

Courtney Burns 3.5

It's good, but in my opinion, not quite on par with Kilkerran 12 or the sherry cask expression.
