Nose: Honey, lemon, citrus, floral notes, all slightly charred by a grass fire. Palate: Caramel candies softened in the sun, surrounded by open blossoms, served in a lemon bowl. Finish: Gentle, brief, with citrus sweetness accompanied by oak, caramel, vanilla, and a touch of red fruit – essentially, all the barrel influences. Well executed. A great batch. The Sauternes finish contributes intriguing floral notes and enhances the existing citrus in this whisky. The peat element harmonizes well with everything. A good bottle of scotch.

Woody, earthy, and a bit smoky on the nose, with understated honey and fruit. The palate feels warm and viscous, and the smoky character becomes more pronounced, mingling with a whisper of caramel. The smoke recedes on the finish, giving way to a mild spice that complements an otherwise smooth end.

Sweet and somewhat floral on the nose. The palate has a slight peat, but is mainly charred wood and smoke. The finish offers warm spices and a touch of bitterness.
