About this bottle
King Car distillery, located in Yuanshan about an hour from Taipei, produces Kavalan whisky. Taiwan's subtropical climate contributes to the development of exotic fruit essences in local fruits and in the whisky. The use of Pedro Ximénez barrels, which are known for producing an ultra-sweet dessert sherry from Spain, results in a notably fruity spirit.
