Nose - Lemon, orange, vanilla, honey, apples/pears, iced green tea Taste - Buttery brioche, lemon/orange donut glaze, apples, pears, honey, light muted cinnamon, salt Finish - Lingering buttery honey bread, apples, baked apples, hint of bitter apple seeds Score - 84/100 Final Thoughts - This was a very enjoyable pour. While not particularly exciting, it also lacked any significant drawbacks. The nose is very pleasant and allows the distillery's character to shine through. A solid single malt that shows promise for future releases. Would I drink it if offered? - Yes Would I specifically order it? - Maybe Would I buy a bottle? - Maybe NOTE - All reviews are done without factoring in price.

Very good, with flavors of bananas, peaches, cinnamon, white chocolate, strawberries, and rosewater. Nose: Peaches, Cinnamon, Green Apples, Bubble Gum, Rosewater, White Chocolate, Cotton Candy Palate: Vanilla, Bananas Foster, Caramel, Honey, Rosewater, Orange Blossoms, Almonds, Strawberries Finish: Pears, Peaches, Green Apples, Minerals, White Chocolate, Strawberries, Vanilla

Very flavorful. Butterscotch, red fruits, tannic oak. Tastes hot.

Smooth, with notes of chocolate and oak. A slight warmth at the finish.
