Following a demanding day tending to young Master Ripley, my wife and I enjoyed some of this Oregon rum. We had the rum as a chaser with some homemade churros, and the rum's cinnamon notes complemented the sweet treats well. Each sip delivers a rich combination of holiday spices, followed by citrus notes and a sharp, warming finish. It would be an excellent accompaniment to hot chocolate or eggnog.
