A rich Agave Spirit from Nom 1438 in Jalisco (Los Valles), Mexico, aged 9-11 months in former American Whiskey Barrels before bottling at 40% ABV. It begins aromatically with notes of agave, oak, earth, fruits, herbs, and spices. A rich and bold character adds notes of cooked and candied agave, citrus, and vanilla butter, leading to a honeyed and herbal finish of medium length with a touch of oak, pepper, and caramel.
