A premium Sake from Tenzan Sake Brewery in Saga Prefecture, Japan. Made with Saikai No. 134 Rice polished to 60%, it's bottled undiluted at 18-19% ABV. It presents a subtle beginning with hints of rice, koji, fruits, and nuts. The middle palate is off-dry and creamy, offering banana notes, and it finishes quickly and refreshingly with a touch of bitter almonds. July 2024
