Jack Daniels Single Barrel Barrel Proof Select

Aroma: Freshly baked raisin bread, burnt sugar. Taste: Smooth, pleasant texture, more bread flavor, perhaps clove? Finish: Lingering raisin, peppery and extended – it has warmth, but not what one might anticipate for 127.1 proof. For your information: bottled 9/29/22, barrel house 2-21.

This 750ml bottle didn't last long. I wasn't a fan of the brand when younger, especially the standard bottling, but these single barrel selections are excellent. I enjoy this one so much it will always be a staple for me. As usual, I drank it straight.
