Released in October 2022, the Distillery Series (formerly Tennessee Tasters') features experimental whiskeys found only in Tennessee. Assistant Distiller Lexie Phillips and Josh Phillips, a Taster at Jack Daniel's, chose this bottling. Josh selected this straight Tennessee rye, barreled in March 2017, which underwent finishing maturation in heavily toasted, uncharred maple barrels starting in September 2021. It is bottled at 101 proof and can be purchased at the Jack Daniel's Distillery and certain Tennessee shops. ($41.99/375ml)

Nose: The classic Jack Daniel's banana foster note is present, covered in honey, with some faint herbal notes underneath. Palate: Banana, honey, oak spice, and the slightest hint of maple. Finish: Quick, with some herbal notes lingering longer than others.
