A well-rounded, Blended Irish Single Malt Whiskey composed of single malts aged between 7 and 26 years, which is then matured on the farm in Cooraclare. It greets you with an aromatic profile featuring notes of orange marmalade, lime, wood, and lemon pie, with hints of fresh bergamot and beeswax; while its oily character adds notes of pink peppercorn, lime, ripe white stone fruit, and a touch of oak; leading to a balanced, medium-length finish with a hint of minerality, notes of apples, and dried grapefruit.
