About this bottle
J.J. Corry The Chosen is a 27-year-old single cask, single malt Irish whiskey. This release comes from The Chapel Hill Irish Whiskey Company, an Irish whiskey bonder established in 2015 by Louise McGuane. Just 100 bottles were made. It spent 27 years aging in a former bourbon barrel and was bottled at cask strength, 52% ABV. The Chosen is presented in a crystal decanter, hand-cut by Irish designer J. Hill's Standard, and comes in a cabinet hand-carved from ash wood by John Galvin Design. The packaging's design draws inspiration from the dune grass found along the Wild Atlantic Way.
