Distilled using a mash bill of 64% Spooner rye, 14% J. Henry red heirloom corn, 14% winter wheat, and 8% malted barley, this rye whiskey is matured in new, charred American oak and bottled at 100 proof.

This Rye, produced by J.Henry, is spearmint-forward with sweet and spicy notes, and includes a pleasant chocolate note in the finish. They've created something unique again.
The aromas are caramel, cooked meats, fruit, herbs and spice, and bread. The flavors are similar to the nose, sweet and spicy with a buttery finish. Pretty good.
