Islay Reserve Single Malt (Berry Bros & Rudd)

Sweet memory brought back from the trip to Scotland with Dad! We're having a nice tasting in memory of. Appears shy and very pale, it also has a rather thin texture in the mouth. Super nice presence of flavors in the mouth, with leather and peat dominating. Salty and peppery notes also. For fruit, in the background, we find green apples and pear. Slightly buttery. Delicious!!
