About this bottle
Iridium, the aged version of Mt Uncles Platinum Sugar Cane Spirit, rests for four years in American oak hogsheads at an elevation of 2000 feet. The sugar cane originates from the Arriga Sugar Mill, located behind the distillery, and the rum is produced in a 1500-L copper pot-still named “Helga”. Distiller and proprietor Mark Watkins created the Iridium Gold Rum, which was first released in 2012. It is currently only available in Australia.
